Terms and Conditions
Reservations with telephone or reservations by e-mail we raise a prepayment of 30% of the whole overnight price, payable within 10 days. By reservation we inform you about our bankaccount or PayPal-Account per e-mail.
As soon as the prepayment of 30% from the whole overnight prices receive our bankaccount we sent you the reservation confirmation per e-mail.
The prepayment will be charged against the whole overnight prices.
The final payment is payable in cash on your arrival in our guesthouse. Presenty we don’t accept payments with credit cards.
By rescission from the reservation we will retained the prepayment. This is also on sudden departure.
Place of jurisdiction is Thailand.
Special clause:
Should certain conditions of this contract be or become null and void, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.
